'Shogun 2' recreated medieval Japan

The sixteenth-century Japanese samurai comes to life in the last bet the studio The Creative Assembly, who returns to his roots with Total War. Shogun 2. This turn-based strategy game tactics and battle in real time 3D takes the player to the Japanese Middle Ages, when feudal lords vying for control of the country and struggled to become shogun, administrative and political leader who ruled de facto on behalf of Emperor.

Players (both individually and in multiplayer) is placed on the skin of a daimyo (the term was called to the clan leaders) with the sole mission of unifying Japan becoming the new shogun, for you will need to use diplomacy, trade and military strength. In addition to leading the troops of samurai, players will have special and general characters, ninjas and geishas, will undermine the strength of directly attacking enemy clans, infiltrating secretly or by using diversionary tactics.

Just as with the rest of the Total War series (with titles like Rome, Napoleon, Empire and Medieval), Shogun 2 presents a thorough job of documentation that allows settings, characters, costumes and ways of tackling this very faithfully recreate time in history. The video game documentary work is supported technically by a separate paper chart and a 3D engine that recreates the battles between the clans.

Kendo practitioners have worked in the motion capture for them to be as realistic as possible.
