BlackBerry Torch 2, an unexpected and powerful renewal

Do not stop leaks of Canada's new RIM phones, which incidentally did not use the CES to present. Yesterday we showed you the BlackBerry Dakota along with details of the operating system version 6.1 BlackBerry OS, and minutes later came the successful renewal of the BlackBerry Curve. Today we continue with a twist to the recent BlackBerry Torch, a fairly recent terminal did not expect a new version, but the reality is that we have a picture and specifications to share with you, making clear that RIM has not yet officially confirmed .

For those who walk'm just taking a look at the images of the BlackBerry Torch 2, it is a sliding QWERTY keyboard terminal. The main and surprising change, is found in a processor at 1.2 GHz (with graphics acceleration), double the original Torch. A source such as that initiated this news for me is reliable, especially in areas BlackBerry, but it seems too much hardware for a 3.2-inch screen (640 x 480 pixels), which fortunately is capacitive.

The former model now has a lower resolution: 360 x 480 pixels. The appearance is much the same, with 14.6 mm thick, and we found a matte silver color as the main difference. Other technical specifications: Track | BGR.
