One of the main reasons that saturate the mobile data lines is excessive especially on streaming video, but this problem seems to disappear thanks to technology promoted by IEEE P2200 HQME (High Quality Mobile Experience). This new technology by SanDisk, SoftBank Mobile, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Orange and others of the Committee, seeks to pre-load content directly to mobile devices and while the user is charged via the mains Smartphone or Tablet, in this automatic access to the network via a Wi-Fi download the contents of most interest to you, so you will always have high quality content in less time and avoids the "rebbaffering" which causes clogging of the lines.
At present the project "IEEE P2200" is under evaluation by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and there should be no prblem for approval, but we will need an industrial agreement that coninvolga many companies. Susan Kevorkian, IDC's research director said: "Coordination in an intelligent distribution of content to advance the storage spaces located allows consumers to enjoy video, games, magazines, books and music when they are available, and could help operators and service providers to resolve the problem by improving the perceived quality of experience "
