Following the announcement earlier this year, the new program to convert the PlayStation 3 in the media center for our home videos in AVCHD is a reality. Sony Filmy now available for download from PlayStation Network (eye because the trial version then you have to buy to keep using the cost of $ 5, illogical) in our Sony desktop and start to visualize these videos well organized rebels AVCHD format so beloved, but usually cause headaches.
What we like about the Sony Filmy is its interface, very elaborate and 2.0, with the organization of the videos by date or location. Everything is more integrated into the typical menu of the Sony and it seems an extra sloppy. The videos can be stored on the console, and pull them via USB if we have an external hard drive or even from the camera to be connected, which of course Sony's interest to be their own.
