Sony CLM-V55, auxiliary monitor or recorded with camcorders SLRs

Sony just announced the launch in Spain for the next April, its photo and video monitor Sony CLM-V55. The auxiliary display device is a five-inch diagonal that comes to lend a hand to those who need to see clearly what they are recording with your camcorder or SLR camera with interchangeable lenses. The CLM-V55 Sony connects to the camera or camcorder with auto-lock brake shoe or ISO and plugs with HDMI cable so that, in principle, supports more cameras than those of the Sony Alpha series.

With a diagonal of 5 inches and 800 × 480 pixels, the display features a small speaker to listen to the recordings in case we are recording video. Also, a control wheel on the side allows you to select video modes 16:9 or 4:3, and adjusted to our convenience, the volume, brightness, hue and color temperature.

For uses of photography, the Sony CLM-V55 allows zooming in on specific areas of the actual image pixels to adjust the maximum FullHD focus. Among his accessories are a power supply, a battery pack and a parasol to comfortably view the screen if we are outdoors. The CLM-V55 Sony is not cheap.

Its price is 400 euros. However, it is not an accessory designed specifically for the general public, but rather to professionals or very advanced users who want an additional feature for their sessions or studio recording.
