Yahoo! working on an alternative to Google on TV

Internet companies are interested in use the television platform. Google has proposed a system that combines Web browsing with the viewing of programs on TV. But Google TV hits the rejection of the major broadcasters are no clear business model and they fear cannibalization by Google for their content.
