Last week we received a picture and information of what the tablets belonged to HP and Palm are preparing webOS in today we can ensure through a significant amount of new material that we were to design HP Topaz. New images and technical specifications pertaining to a document from last year are to expand the web quickly.

It reports one of the most anticipated details of the tablet, the hardware chosen by HP, the new dual-core Snapdragon Qualcomm. Qualcomm was very silent partners who are working with them to launch products Snapdragon, specifically the 1.2GHz model MSM8660 (GPU Adreno 220), circuitry that promises much omnipresent war on Nvidia Tegra 2, or at least extended OMAP4 of Texas Instruments (BlackBerry Playbook).

We continue with another important detail, the screen, this time a 9.7-inch IPS panel with 1024 x 768 pixel resolution. The same numbers that you have the current iPad, if you want to get an idea. In fact, the total size of the set is quite similar: 190 × 240 × 13.7 mm, with 700 grams of weight.

The other novelty in the world of tablets and has become customary in Palm is the loading platform Touchstone Wireless, in this case dimensioned to accommodate the size of the tablet. The tablet does not have HDMI output, which will be placed in an interesting accessory, but more interesting is that once twinned both devices will not need the tablet is placed on Touchstone to send information.

We turn to the memory, first storage options 64, 32 and 16GB, while in regard to RAM, we 512MB DDR2. I list below all other known specifications: initially appear on the market in a WiFi version, but in the future HP will Topaz models with 3G and LTE, which also include the GPS receiver.
