Intel unveils its third generation of SSDs with cheaper and higher capacity

Intel takes another generation leap in solid state drives with the launch of the Intel SSD 320 Series, which will replace the existing units Intel X25-M SATA SSD. The main novelty of these new discs is that they are based on NAND flash memory chips of 25 nanometers.
