Hardkernel Odroid-A, the more powerful tablet Android Developer

A Korean company unknown to the public, Hardkernel, has partnered with Samsung to launch development teams based on the latest electronics giant. The first fruit of the relationship is a tablet dubbed Android Hardkernel's Odroid-A. The 10-inch tablet with a higher resolution than usual in cutting-edge models that have hit the market, talk of 1366 x 768 pixel resolution.

Xoom Motorola or Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, are in 1280 x 800 pixels. In the following video you can know better: The rear of the device is transparent, showing its powerful circuitry, comprising no less than twice the core of Samsung, the Exynos 4210. With ARM-based core Cortex-A9 and Mali GPU 400.

The same hardware released in the Korean star Smartphone Samsung Galaxy SII. If we look at the benchmark Quadrant passing the tablet, we see that more than 2200 points, if we consider working with a resolution far more important than the Galaxy Samsung SII, we can get an idea on the phone will be higher : The battery is 9000mAh, it has HDMI output, USB port, and 8GB of internal memory expandable via microSD two card slots.

Have not been forgotten by all the sensors that will use the commercial tablets as a movement of 9 axles, front and main camera, and connectivity to 21Mbps HSPA +. For $ 759 and available in late March, will be ready this valuable development tool, and we have to make clear that it will be sold in the normal channels of distribution.

With respect to Android, Hardkernel Odroid-A is supplied with Gingerbread, by what initially seems a tool designed to take advantage of the Galaxy SII. The emergence of this tablet as a reference for the development, invites us to think that Samsung phone in addition to its star, has in mind taking tablets to use their new dual-core circuitry, formerly known as Orion.

It also gives us clues to the resolutions they can work with new phones and tablets without any problems. The devices used in Samsung more Exynos 4210 may be one reason why they have to opt for Nvidia Tegra 2 for Samsung Galaxy SII.
