Telephony: a "social tariff mobile" to 10 euros by the return

The government signed Monday, March 7 with major telecom operators an agreement whereby they undertake to provide within six months a "social tariff mobile, accredited by the state, with 40 minutes of talk time and 40 SMS ten euros per month.
