Iomega, the new design and USB 3.0 for these pocket drives

Iomega today it is making the leap to USB 3.0 Iomega family of pocket-sized hard drives. It does change accompanying a subtle connection with the redesign of the casing that holds the aluminum as the main material. The Iomega Prestige Portable Hard Drive USB 3.0, which is the name of this new version, adds to and Flash eGo models that already incorporate the new port, but with much lower capabilities.

This new model offers 1.5TB space at a price of 199 euros. The album maintains the Drop Shock reader head protection in case of crashes or falls, and comes preinstalled with the usual iOmega Protection Suite software antivirus and backup. iOmega says the new hard drive and can be found in stores, but on the official website still no trace of him.
