TiVo closer to Spain

The Spanish company providing Internet and cable TV ONO has reached an agreement with Cisco to use the HD-DVR 8685DVB (media center) to launch the long-awaited TiVo service in Spain. Many of us waited for the arrival of this technology to our country since its launch in 1997, many were mesmerized with the usefulness of the Cable TV system.

It was time to update their equipment ONO, so you can get the most out of its extensive fiber optic network. The TiVo service allows us to pause, rewind and record programming content other than our taste stored on a hard drive built-in media center. The HD-DVR 8685DVB Cisco offers up to 1 TB of capacity, flash and web browsing support, in addition to high definition this is capable of handling 3D content.

The device has three tuners to expedite the search system real-time content, which will no doubt be useful. Despite this official announcement of the Spanish company still do not know when it will begin to offer this service but we will keep you informed.
