Powermat prepares furniture that charge your gadgets

There are few more distressing everyday situations than having to make a call or send an important email and phone to see how our life is slipping in our hands. Such cases come to a head in those gulags surreal that some call airports, and where to find common sense or a plug can become an adventure.

Among the stands of the Mobile World Congress, we had the pleasure of visiting the Powermat, a company specializing in wireless charging platforms. There, in addition to new models and accessories, find an interesting project to provide free charging systems at airports, train stations and other public spaces.

How to see in the picture, the thing is to add a load multiple tables usually found between the seats of some public spaces. On the table are two surfaces of induction charging for those with a compatible enclosure on your mobile. At the front, two outlets and many other USB ports allow us to charge batteries to other mortals.

This is now being implemented in the United States hand furniture manufacturer Arcona public spaces. So we have had in Europe are already in talks to do the same, but still can not talk about dates or countries. The project may involve push lacks wireless systems, induction shit to implant definitely among handset manufacturers.

At least solve some of the anxiety associated with the cumbersome preparations prior to flight.
